Multi-Site Energy Management

Each site has its own meter renewals and paperwork, and things slip through the cracks. This guide lines up what to gather across branches before you compare tariffs or negotiate as a group.

Next step: If you use under about 50,000 kWh a year, you can get a quote in under 90 secs online — fast, no obligation. Bigger supply, half-hourly metering, or prefer chat? Use the contact page.

Portfolio Discounts

With several meters you may be offered a portfolio or multi-site deal—sometimes simpler billing, sometimes a modest discount—but always check total cost per site versus standalone quotes. Line up renewal dates, meter setup and watch for billing slips during switches.

Discounts: combined volumes can unlock better pricing, but there is no standard percentage—depends on market, credit and how the basket is structured.

Should You Bundle or Separate?

Bundle if: Similar consumption profiles, all sites under same business, want simplified billing

Keep separate if: One site uses 10× more than others, different business entities, sites may be sold

Managing Renewals

Align renewal dates across all sites if possible. Otherwise you'll have 3-5 different contracts expiring at different times - admin nightmare.
